Richard Cory Theme and Tone

As I read Richard Cory I was trying to figure out the tone and mood of it.  Then I realized that the theme of the story is someone can be the most perfect person on the outside, but inside they are the exact opposite.  In other words it's that you don't judge a book by it's cover.

Estafany- She talked about authentic Mexican dancing. She told us the origins of Mexican dances. She used PowerPoint to show us and she showed us a video. Juanita- Her topic was about cosmetology. She plans on going to a community college in San Luis Obispo. She then showed us a video of her doing her sister's make up.
